Recommended Dosage:
During symptomatic episodes, take two (2) capsules, three (3) times a day at mealtimes. As symptoms lessen, reduce dosage gradually. Maintain use for several weeks while continually reducing dosage. Do not stop taking this blend abruptly. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Contraindications:
Do not use Bright Outlook and Mood Support if you are pregnant or lactating. Not recommended for those taking blood thinners or prescription anti-depressants.
