Nettle is an old and well-known alternative medicine and folk remedy for hay fever and other allergies. It supports the body's abilities to relieve inflammation caused by allergic reactions, as well as help clear congestion in the nose and chest. Moreover, Nettle is considered a fine herbal expectorant that may help to loosen and clear mucus from the lungs.
Mullein Leaf has long been used by herbalists to remedy respiratory problems, such as chronic bronchitis, asthma, croup and other breathing difficulties. Mullein is a fine herbal expectorant that supports the body in stimulating the cough reflex, clearing out congestion and expelling excess respiratory phlegm and mucus. It also helps to soothe and tone the mucous membranes of the respiratory system and may also reduce inflammation. The rich mucilage content in Mullein is believed to lubricate the throat and lungs, even as it promotes expectoration, thus helping to ease the bronchial passages, throat irritation and laryngitis.
Botanical support to help the body avoid the symptoms of allergies, relieve allergy symptoms and/or mild breathing difficulties: Use if you are susceptible to hayfever, watery itchy eyes, asthma, food allergies, seasonal allergies, chemical allergies, etc., or if you experience other bronchial congestion and/or nasal stuffiness.
