Recommended Dosage:
Take one (1) capsule, one (1) to two (2) times each day with water at mealtimes.

Contraindications:
The most common adverse effect reported from consuming large amounts of this herbal product (many times the recommended daily dosage) is insomnia, anxiety and other symptoms caused by the caffeine content in the blend.
