Herbal Ingredients:

Recommended Dosage:
Take two (2) to three (3) capsules with a large glass of cold water at the onset of painful symptoms. If condition persists, take two (2) additional capsules every three (3) hours as needed. Do not take more than twelve (12) capsules in a 24-hour period. As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules each day at a morning mealtime.

Herbal Ingredient Information: The following information is a brief overview describing each of the above herbal ingredients and what properties each contributes to make up this proprietary blend.
- Boswellia Serrata is said to be a particularly effective anti-inflammatory that has been used for centuries to relieve joint pain and improve mobility. New research confirms that the herb has been effective in relieving the aches and pains of arthritis, rheumatism, and osteoarthritis of the knee. Furthermore, it appears to be free of the effects commonly found in steroidal and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs that are usually prescribed for these problems, but acts in the same way by suppressing the spread of inflamed tissue and preventing the breakdown of connective tissue. This would make it an extremely useful supplement to improve mobility without the after-effects of gastric irritation.
- Turmeric Root is a potent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory that has been very beneficial in the treatment of rheumatism and arthritis. The curcumin content in Turmeric apparently deactivates immune cells that may cause inflammation without harming other parts of the immune system that are essential in fighting infection. It is said to curtail inflammation of both osteo- and rheumatoid arthritis and reduces swelling in recent bruises, wounds, and insect bites. Moreover, it is considered helpful for easing muscle pains and sports injuries, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and bursitis.
- Grapeseed improves blood circulation, which benefits both cardiac and cerebral function. It also improves peripheral circulation, resulting in less pain and swelling in arms and legs and fewer nighttime cramps and is also said to relieve numbness and tingling.
- Bromelain is an enzyme that is found mostly in the stems of pineapples. Bromelain apparently inhibits formation of prostaglandin E-2, a chemical that causes inflammation, and it also helps to stimulate the production of prostaglandin E-1, an anti-inflammatory chemical. Bromelain supplements may be as effective as some commonly used nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications (ibuprofen, etc.) for reducing the pain of carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. It has also been said to ease pain and bruising, bursitis, cuts, lymphedema, sore muscles, tendonitis and speeds up the healing of joint and tendon injuries.
- Citrus Bioflavonoids are botanical nutrients found in various plants but cannot be produced by the body. They are vital in their ability to increase the strength of the capillaries ( blood vessels ) and to regulate their permeability. They assist Vitamin C in keeping collagen, the intercellular "cement", in healthy condition, and are essential for the proper absorption and use of Vitamin C.
- Ginkgo Biloba increases the circulation of blood and oxygen to all parts of the body. It is an effective overall tonic that aids in the treatment of a variety of conditions, including Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
- Cayenne relieves pain (taken both internally and applied topically). It provides natural heat, and its ingredient, capsaicin, is a strong pain-relieving agent that alleviates the joint pain of arthritis, rheumatism, muscle spasms, cramps, and bowel pain.
