Recommended Dosage:
Take two (2) capsules, two (2) times each day with a large glass of cold water at mealtimes.
Contraindications:
Products containing Black Cohosh should not be used as daily dietary supplements for more than six months according to the German E Monographs. Consult with a physician if using this product for a prolonged period of time. Menstrual Support is not recommended for those who are pregnant or lactating. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Consult a physician if you suffer from any serious medical condition or if currently taking prescription tranquilizers or birth control pills.
