Recommended Dosage:
Take two (2) to three (3) capsules, one (1) time each day with water at a morning or mid-day mealtime.

Contraindications:
This product is not recommended if you are pregnant or lactating. Avoid this product if you suffer from hyperthyroid conditions. High doses (many times the recommended dosage) can cause vomiting, lowered blood pressure and lowered heart rate. Other symptoms of excessive intake include lethargy, nose bleed, skin and eye irritation, and kidney irritation.
