Herbal Extracts Plus offers a variety of options to ensure your comfort and ease while ordering our products. Below you will find several convenient methods for ordering, and you may simply choose the best one suited for your own needs. The choice is yours! In addition, please be sure to read our Shipping and Return Policies before ordering, so that you are aware of all of our terms.

Online Ordering
Herbal Extracts Plus offers a secure ordering process through our website. Our ordering options for each product are located at the bottom of their respective pages. On each product page, you will see a box at the top of the page that says "Click here to order now!" which takes you to the ordering options at the bottom of the page.  If you do not see this box on a page, then that simply means we do not sell that product for some particular reason, and the information shown is purely for informational purposes. There are very few products that we do not offer.

When you click the "Add to Cart" button, your item is automatically added to your shopping cart, and you are taken directly to your cart to inspect your order.  From there, you can click "Continue Shopping" to return to the product page, or you can use the "Search" box at the top of the page to search for more items to add to your cart.



Online Payment Options
When using our secure online ordering, you may pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, PayPal, and you are able to apply your accumulated Customer Reward Points as well. We do not use an e-Check payment option at this time. Also, you may not complete an online order if paying by check or money order (jump to our Check/Money Order Payment Options).  If you have ordered from us before and entered a password during registration, please login to your account before checking out. When you have started the checkout process, you will enter/review your billing and shipping information. Please make sure that the billing address you give us is the address that is associated with the credit card you will be using. This is very important because when we check your card for validity at the end of the checkout process, we will be checking to make sure that address matches.  After entering this information, you will verify your order, and choose your payment information. If paying by Credit Card, please be sure to enter your card number with no spaces or dashes. In addition, please be sure to choose the type of card you are using from the dropdown box.  If you do not choose the correct type of card, your card will not be authorized.

International customers please note: If you live in a country that we do not ship to, but are shipping to a country that we do ship to, you must use the PayPal payment method to complete your order. Our ordering system is very strict with address verification and will not accept credit card payments from countries other than those on the list of countries that we ship to.

Credit Card Processing and Order Changes
When you submit your order, your credit card is charged at that time. Once you have submitted an order, we are unable to make changes to it, so please be sure that you have double-checked that all items on the order are correct, the shipping information is correct, and you have chosen an appropriate shipping method. If there is something that absolutely needs to be changed, the original order will be cancelled and you will need to re-submit a new order. 

Due to new PCI Compliance regulations set forth for both the safety of the business and the customer, we do not retain any credit card information in our new order processing system.

Mail/Fax Orders
If you do not wish to use our secure online ordering system, you have the option of using our printable Order Form and sending your information to us by mail or fax.  We have a printable order form, accessible by any page of our website, that you can simply print out, fill out, and mail or fax to us.

You can use this form when paying by check, money order, or by credit card.

  • If ordering by credit card, please be sure to give the billing address that is associated with the card, and be sure to sign the form to verify that you give permission for us to charge your credit card for this order. Your order will be processed upon receipt.
  • If paying by check or money order, please be sure to make the check or money order payable to Herbal Extracts Plus, and give clear details about your contact information and what you are ordering (in the event we have any questions about your order). Your order will be processed upon receipt.
  • If you would like to pay using PayPal, you are responsible for sending the funds to our PayPal account, customerservice@herbalextractsplus.com, for your order. We urge you to verify the correct amount with our sales team to make sure that we receive the correct amount to avoid delays in order processing. We will not process the order until the payment has cleared. Please fill out the order form completely and also note the date you initiated the payment and your name and e-mail address on your PayPal account so that we can locate the transfer in ours.


Phone Orders
You may also place your order with our sales staff over the phone. Call us toll free at 888-909-8889  (local: 215-245-7038 ), and we will be happy to take your order. If paying by credit card, please have your card in front of you.  

If you would like to pay by PayPal, you will be responsible for transferring the funds to our PayPal account, customerservice@herbalextractsplus.com. We will enter your order as a quotation to be held until the funds have been received, at which time we will release the order for processing.

If you want to pay by check or money order, please use our printable order form and submit your order via mail along with your payment. We do not have a way to enter check or money order payments into our system by telephone at this time.

General Instructions
In general, please always include a valid phone number and e-mail address. In the event that there are any delays expected with your order, for any reason, we need to be able to contact you about the situation.  If you are an International Customer, we need your phone number for your shipping papers - it is required,  and we cannot ship without it.  If we are unable to contact you by telephone, we will need a valid e-mail address. It is a good idea to include an e-mail address with your order as well because we will use it as a back-up contact method, and also to send your order confirmation and shipping confirmation.  Please help us ensure that your orders are processed and shipped in the timeliest manner possible by including all of your valid information.Your complete satisfaction with our products and our service is important to Herbal Extracts Plus.
