Purpose of Formulation:

Recommended Dosage:
Take one (1) to two (2) capsules approximately one-half (½) hour before each major mealtime. It is also recommended to take one (1) capsule approximately one (1) hour prior to bedtime for optimal herbal benefits.

Contraindications:
Gastrointestinal Support is not recommended if you are pregnant.
