Recommended Dosage:
Take one (1) or two (2) capsules per day with a large glass of water as needed. For best results, take on an empty stomach. Some signs of herbal relief may take place in as little as 20-30 minutes.
Contraindications:
Do not mix Natural Relaxation Support Proprietary Blend with alcohol. It may cause drowsiness; use caution if driving or operating heavy machinery.
