Thank you for choosing Herbal Extracts Plus for your herbal needs! We have designed this Customer Rewards Program with you in mind to give you extra savings just for shopping with us. Each order placed by an Herbal Extracts Plus member* will automatically receive Customer Rewards Points. For every $10 spent, members will receive one (1) Customer Rewards Point. Your points will accumulate with each order and you can use them for a discount on any future order.** As long as you have points available, you can use them on any future order!
All new customers who register a new account to become a member will automatically receive 5 points just for registering! All of our existing customers whose information we have transferred from our old system to our new system have automatically had these 5 points added to their balance! How the Point System Works
Customer Rewards Points may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts. A maximum of 60 Rewards Points may be redeemed on a single order. How to Find and Use Your Points To redeem your Customer Rewards Points: If you are paying by a check or money order, you may place your order through our website and choose the “Check/Money Order” payment option. Your order will be held until we receive your payment. Optionally, you may use our printable Order Form to let us know what you would like to order. (Prices for products and shipping amounts can be found on our website or by giving us a call, toll-free, at 1-888-909-8889.) Deduct your points on the appropriate section of the form to calculate it into the order total. Make your check or money order out for the remaining balance after deducting the Reward Points. Customer Rewards Points are not refundable for cash. They can only be used as store credit towards future purchases from Herbal Extracts Plus. This program is subject to change at our discretion. |
