Customer Rewards Program

Thank you for choosing Herbal Extracts Plus for your herbal needs! We have designed this Customer Rewards Program with you in mind to give you extra savings just for shopping with us. Each order placed by an Herbal Extracts Plus member* will automatically receive Customer Rewards Points. For every $10 spent, members will receive one (1) Customer Rewards Point. Your points will accumulate with each order and you can use them for a discount on any future order.** As long as you have points available, you can use them on any future order!

* Become a member by choosing a password when you place an order with us, which gives you an account with access to your order history.

** Points may not be used on the very first order you place with Herbal Extracts Plus. You must make a purchase and accumulate points before you can redeem them.

All new customers who register a new account to become a member will automatically receive 5 points just for registering! All of our existing customers whose information we have transferred from our old system to our new system have automatically had these 5 points added to their balance!

How the Point System Works
When you spend $10 on an order from Herbal Extracts Plus, you will receive one Customer Reward Point.* Each point is equivalent to one dollar. So if you purchase an item that is $20, you will receive two Reward Points and on your next order, you can take two dollars off the order with those points. Points will not be split up if your order total comes to an uneven amount. For example, if your order comes to $15.00, you will only get one point; you will not receive a point and a half. If any of this is a little confusing, we understand. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your points in detail.

* Points are derived from your subtotal only and do not include shipping amounts.

Customer Rewards Points may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts. A maximum of 60 Rewards Points may be redeemed on a single order.

How to Find and Use Your Points
All Customer Rewards Points will be kept up-to-date in our system. When you are logged into your account, there is a Reward Points section where you can see your total number of accumulated Reward Points and all Reward Points activity for your orders. If you have not set up a password for your account and would like to, please give us a call or e-mail us for assistance. All customers, members or not, will see a display in the Shopping Cart as you add items to a new order showing how many points will be accrued on that order.

To redeem your Customer Rewards Points:
Your Reward Points are displayed in the Shopping Cart when you are creating a new order and must be redeemed in the Shopping Cart before moving on to fill out the rest of your checkout information. We are unable to change anything on your order once it has been submitted. If you are paying by a check or money order, you may place your order through our website and choose the “Check/Money Order” payment option. Your order will be held until we receive your payment. Optionally, you may use our printable Order Form to let us know what you would like to order. (Prices for products and shipping amounts can be found on our website or by giving us a call, toll-free, at 1-888-909-8889.) Deduct your points on the appropriate section of the form to calculate it into the order total. Make your check or money order out for the remaining balance after deducting the Reward Points.

Customer Rewards Points are not refundable for cash. They can only be used as store credit towards future purchases from Herbal Extracts Plus.

This program is subject to change at our discretion.
However, your accumulated points will never expire.
