I am writing to commend Herbal Extracts Plus on the high-quality products that you offer, the extensive research posted on your website, and the responsive staff that makes dealing with you such a pleasant experience. Herbal Extracts Plus is one of the few retailers selling a standardized extract of Boswellia Serrata, an herb that has helped alleviate my joint pain caused from many years spent playing basketball. Along with turmeric and ginger, boswellia has been an important component of my strategy to replace pharmaceutical anti-inflammatory drugs with effective natural products. My joints have never felt better, and I think that this is due largely to the anti-inflammatory properties of the herbs in my supplemental regimen. I'd like to speak out about the great service I recently received. I had a question about the Hibiscus capsules I was using to control my high blood pressure and sent an email with several questions. I was half expecting the response to be an automated one, so you can imagine my surprise when I received a personal response to all my questions the same day! I have been searching for yellow clover (Melilot) for years since another herbal company pulled it off the market. As your customer and an herbal consumer, I am very appreciative of the quality and magnitude of information and products that you provide, particularly so given the ease in which your site may be navigated and the extent to which you have obviously gone to provide excellence as your standard for your customers. And, as your customer, an herbal consumer and a practicing integrative practitioner (and a registered nurse), I am even more appreciative of your standard of excellence! In this field that is essentially unregulated, it is often a struggle, even when highly indicated, to integrate alternative therapies into mainstream healthcare protocols. Sources like your site make integrating healthcare viable, however, with, but certainly not limited to, extensive product descriptions, reference citing and the all-important (and almost never included elsewhere) contraindications. With the relatively recent flood of interest in natural products, the general population needs to understand that every herbal product or natural product is not safe for every person; this is not known among 'natural formulators' nor is it revealed to their customers... how is the public to know unless they are told? And, how is the field of alternative medicine-therapy-products-healthcare ever to be legitimized until we do our job? YOU have done yours and I thank you, commend you and very much appreciate you for adhering to the standard of excellence that we will be held to at some point.

"I was suffering from itchy mosquito bites, and although I didn't have any fresh aloe, I did have some of your aloe capsules that I'd bought a few weeks ago. I took one of the capsules, emptied the powder from it and mixed it into a paste with a few drops of water. I then spread it over the bites and covered them with small pieces of paper towel. After a few minutes, I didn't feel any itching whatsoever, and I totally forgot that I had the bites at all until I saw the pieces of towel several hours later!
